EDMONTON CLASSIC HORSE SHOW

• Media passes are mandatory for all private photographers and are $300 CAD per photographer per horse show.

• The private photographer fee is to be paid in advance. Photographers are required to provide a client list and proof of Accident Liability Insurance prior to the start of the horse show.

Private Photographer Rules 

• Official Photographer S.Capturing The Moment Photography and all of their representatives will have priority in positioning around the arenas. 

• Accredited photographers are allowed inside the ring for awards ceremonies upon request.

• Private photographers may not shoot in the ring nor place remote camera equipment in the ring or alongside the ring with prior approval.

Media Photographers/Videographers 

• Photographers representing newspapers, magazines, websites, and other media, with the purpose of appearing in print and online placements are exempt from the vendor fee, but must notify the show office of their intentions prior to shooting.

• Photos taken may only be used for media purposes and cannot be sold to third parties.
